Welcome to kicksown. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of kicksown.store (the "Site"), including any purchases of footwear and related products made through the Site.

Throughout these Terms, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to kicksown. By accessing our Site, purchasing products, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

However, packaging, labeling, color, materials, construction, and appearance may occasionally differ between production runs and from what is shown on screen. Lighting, screen settings, and normal manufacturing variation can make a shoe look slightly different in person. Actual products may vary slightly from images displayed on the Site.

4. Sizing, Fit, and Wear

Shoe sizing on the Site is a guide. Fit can vary by style, last, width, and how you prefer to wear the shoe. You are responsible for choosing the size that suits you.

We recommend checking the size information shown on the product page, and your usual size in a similar style, before ordering. If you are between sizes, consider the fit notes on the product page where we provide them.

A shoe should be tried on a clean indoor surface if you need to check the fit before wearing it outside. Shoes that have been worn outdoors, scuffed, creased from use, or returned without the original box and accessories may not qualify for a return, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

We do not guarantee that a shoe will fit every foot shape, or that it will produce a specific comfort, athletic, or performance result. Individual fit and wear will vary.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order through the Site does not automatically mean that we have accepted the order.

We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to:

Accept or decline an order;
Limit purchase quantities, including limits on popular sizes and styles;
Cancel an order where fraud or misuse is suspected;
Cancel an order due to pricing or inventory errors;
Request additional information necessary to verify an order.

An order is generally considered accepted once payment is successfully processed and the order enters fulfillment.

Prices displayed on the Site may change at any time without prior notice.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices are accurate. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right, where permitted by applicable law, to correct the error or cancel the affected order.

Because footwear is a wearable product, shoes that have been worn outdoors, damaged after delivery, or returned without the original box, tags, and accessories may not be eligible for return, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. Unworn shoes kept in their original condition are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

12. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

13. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, we may offer:
